Do you know why the oodler count keeps changing? or when I should use my saved wonderwheel spins???? thanks
ReplyDeleteSo far (for me at least) the Oodle Ticker has stayed at 999,653 for most of the day.
ReplyDeleteAccording to a message on the GSN Forum, as soon as the ticker hits one million, we will have 24 hours from the announcement (they will be sending an email notice when it happens).
Keep your eyes open.
Will you be making an announcement once we hit the million? And will they be putting an announcement on they're homepage? ... and if thats how they're doing it, does it mean we could accumulate twice as many oodles since it could possibly encompass two days worth of daily oodle chances? (trivia, deal or no deal etc.)
ReplyDeleteyes it is at 999,653. But no you do not have 24 hours after it hits 1,000,000. You will have until midnight that same night (plus any oddles from earlier that same day). I sent an inquiry to them to clarify. In other words if it happens at 11:00pm EST you will only have one more hour to earn more oodles.

The oodler ticker is pretty much a sham. They're gonna decide what day it hits one million, IMHO.

OK, let me try to address all of these questions.
ReplyDeleteI will post an announcement on the blog and Twitter as soon as I know.
The message from GSN Angel on the forums states that once the announcement is made (ticker hits one million) we will have 24 hours from that time to earn double Oodles. Her example:
"AFTER GSN announces it. When they announce it, it's official. If they announce at Noon, then you have until Noon the next day (as an example)."
I'm not sure about whether it would cross over the right way for us to get two days worth of Daily Oodles.
According to the posting on their forum, they are supposed to send and email notice out to everyone when it happens. (Maggie G has pretty much the same message from GSN Angel in her comment.)
As for Follow the Leader, they must have taken it off sometime this afternoon. I was able to play it this morning. My understanding is that it was a limited time promotional game offered by Purex and was slated to end anyway.
