Don't you think gsn should be giving us some oodles because of this "no show" question. We lose oodles and should be compensated. Also, when will they restock gift certificates, etc.. Those of us waiting for "gift certificates" are finding our oodles are worthless.
It's gotta be cuz the 'Oodlle Fairy' giveth, and the 'Oodle Fairy' taketh away....they added Dumbville, soooooo the Newlyweds are old hags and history now....In my educated guess, the channel has a helluva time keeping advertising sponsors, and that's probably the main reason they have gone downhill on prize value vs. Oodle dollars. Ever notice how they keep repeating the same few commercials OVER and OVER and OVER??? Their trouble in retention and acquisition of sponsors is probably because the audience of this channel is a highly segmented narrow demographic of the entire TV viewer base. But of courese with the economy like it is, there should be tons of people not working that have the time to watch (in Craig Ferguson lingo)....this crap :o)
I seriously doubt GSN is concerned about our losing Oodles over the Newlywed Game Question. As for compensation, have you tried to get them to issue Oodles earned on their games that did not award them due to "glitches"? Good Luck.
I think the "Oodle Fairy" likes to taketh away more. I'm to the point now that I barely watch the station. It used to be fun (especially when there were more classic game shows). I get tired of the same shows (Deal or No Deal for one) and the new trash they keep throwing at us. (What IS Wink Martindale doing trying to rap?!?! That is so wrong on so many levels).
Rowdydog..Yes I have tried to get GSN to issue oodles due to a glitch in the system and award a prize that I won, to no avail. GSN management will not admit to system or their mistake. Since, GSN reneged I do not play any live games anymore, because I do not trust the honesty, integrity, or the fairness of the management team.
Oh I love the old time shows and the old timers, but trying to "update" someone into someone they are not doesn't feel right. But, I definitely would love to see retro shows and even updated versions (done properly of course) of the old game shows. I really enjoy seeing people from the past. They are still relevant and interesting just let them be themselves!

FAQs
Where do I find the Oodles Trivia Questions?
**Trivia Questions are found at http://www.gsn.com/oodles/what_is.html - Scroll down to the Oodles Challenge and click on the games. Each game has it's own trivia question (Click on the Oodles Challenge Button).
When are the Oodletunities available?
**GSN Live - Mon-Fri from 3pm -12am Eastern.
**Question of the Day & Daily Trivia Questions, Straws and Deal or No Deal & Wonder Wheel - Everyday from 12am-12pm Eastern.
** Bingo Blitz - Mon-Fri from 12am-6pm Eastern.
Why are my trivia questions different from the one's you posted?
**The trivia questions you get(it seems)are determined by when you signed up. One of my readers is receiving questions from the previous month than what is listed. Also, some readers get half the questions from one day and half from another listed.
Are there other ways of winning Oodles?
**Yes. There are leaderboard games as well as Dumbsville (via Facebook).
What will you be listing here?
**I will be listing the answers to the GSN Live Oodles Trivia Questions, the daily trivia questions (including Question of the Day), and the GSN Live Phone Number Entry Oodles Challenge.
Note: You must be registered at GSN.com in order to win Oodles (it's free to join)

ReplyDeleteMy oddle trivia questions for 4/2/2010 do not match up to your questions. Why?
