Earning Spins on Wonder Wheel

I mentioned this in a reply to one of the comments and another poster suggested I do this in case you may not know.

When playing the games that earn you a spin on the Wonder Wheel, you do not have to actually play the game. Hit "Play Game" and let the game load up. Wait for the wheel icon to appear under the game (usually a second or two) and then close the game.

I hope this helps shorten some time you spend earning Oodles.

Keep on Oodling!

  3. Thanks Rowdydog for all the answers and info!! I was wondering if anybody else is still getting points for the pick a pair. I've got them the past 3 days around 10:00 pm

  4. You're all welcome.

I'm not sure how you would be getting points for the Pick-a-Pair since there has been no one to choose since Monday. I received the points for Monday's, but I picked them before they took them off the site.

    Keep on Oodling!

  5. I am so disappointed with the changes that GSN has made to their site. They're making it less fun to be a part of. Thank you so much Rowdy for keeping us informed on the changes. Hopefully they will soon realize that if it ain't broke, don't fix it and return our beloved site back to its old self!

  6. Your sentiments are the same I hear from others (and mine as well) from emails and online forums.

Of course, no one knows what is going on with the Powers-That-Be at GSN. I personally think they may be in financial trouble and are scrambling to keep afloat. Cutting back on Oodles would be one way of doing so.

    Have a great day!

  7. What 'wheel icon'? I'm not seeing what you're talking about.

  8. You may have to move the game pop-up screen over a bit to see it. It appears in the area where you're informed you have earned a spin.

Generally, though, once you hit "Play Game", it appears and then you can just close the game.

    Hope this helps.

  9. Hmmm. I'm not getting any icon. I tried waiting a few seconds after hitting the "Play Game" button, and then just closing the game window to see what would happen. All that did was light up the game box again so that I could press the "Play Game" button again to play the game. It knew I had not played yet. I'm using Windows Vista, if that has anything to do with it. Anyway, just thought you might like to know. Thanks again for all your help. 80)

  10. In case I may have mucked up my description, it really isn't an icon, per say.

When you first go to the game page and near the top where it tells you "You have yet to earn a spin" that message changes right after you start the game and the picture there becomes a wheel. If the game popup screen is blocking the message before you hit "Play Game", you may need to slide it over a bit to see it.

Windows Vista wouldn't be the problem (if there is one). I use it and the page works fine.

    I hope this helps.

    Happy Oodling!
