New - Contact Me Link

I've added a contact link in the sidebar so that I can be contacted directly. Just click on the mailbox.

Some of you have told me you would rather be able to email me than create a post. This way I can correspond directly with you and not have to be concerned whether or not a post should be published under the comments.

  1. I know you put up a mailbox to contact you, but it wants me to fill out my "user name". Since I'm not sure what that is (I know that sounds lame), I'm going to write you here. I hope that is OK.

    I am very concerned and want to know if anyone out there has had my same problem. I manage several different accounts for friends and family. I recently had 3 of my accounts closed. I logged on them early in the day and then when I went on later to do the 6 GSN Live questions, they had been closed by GSN. The only common denominator is that I had redeemed prizes on these accounts the night before. All 3 accounts have different mailing addresses. I wrote to GSN, but am still waiting for a response.

    It's disturbing that they can just close your account with no notice taking away your Oodles and saved spins and all. Would like to hear if anyone else has had this problem.

    I'll write and let you know what they say.

    PS I'm having some problems with this new "Dumbville" game not giving me my Oodles also.

  2. I'm not sure what "user name" you mean. The link should open up your email program and let you create / send a standard email. If anyone else has this problem, please let me know and I'll look into an alternative.

    As for the duplicate accounts, I don't know what to tell you. Anyone else?

    Sheesh! Another game not awarding Oodles. I'm not surprised.

  3. The "user name" has something to do with my computer. It's a Mac and it wants me to put in my user name which is "something" @mac.com and I have no idea what that is.

    Anyway, what my real concern is that they closed my account with no warning or explanation. I'm not even sure if I am going to get my prize I redeemed let alone my Oodles and saved spins that are gone.

    Still waiting for a response from GSN......what a surprise.

    PS Early this morning my Oodles from Dumbville would appear after doing a spin. This afternoon, I'm still waiting for my Oodles to appear from Dumbville...but I'm keeping track of how much I'm owed and hoping they will appear later. I finished all 13 levels, they say their will be more levels later.
